  • Always Within Reach: A button in the bottom-right corner of every page opens the assistant over whatever you're working on — no navigating away

Answers You Can Check

The assistant shows you exactly which parts of your data it read to reach an answer — and it only ever reads.

  • Shows Its Work: Watch it pull your trips, break down expenses, or look up a vehicle's P&L as it answers
  • Streamed Replies: Answers appear as they're written, with a stop control if one is heading the wrong way
  • Read-Only: It can't add, edit, or delete a trip, income entry, or expense — you stay in control of your data
  • Your Data Only: Every question is scoped to your organization automatically; there's no setting to get wrong
  • Not Saved Yet: Refreshing starts a new conversation — a deliberate choice for this first version

A Faster Travada

We rebuilt the app on a newer foundation — the same Travada, noticeably quicker.

  • Quicker Page Loads: Every page now loads only the code it actually needs
  • Faster Exports: Excel and PDF machinery loads when you export, not on every page you open
  • Better Menus: Row action menus fit their contents, long filter lists scroll, and the bulk-action bar stays put while its dialog opens
  • Toasts Moved Up: Confirmations no longer cover the table buttons you just clicked

Exports & Smaller Fixes

A round of fixes to the things that quietly cost you time.

  • Real Excel Dates: Exported dates are genuine date cells in dd/mm/yy — sortable and filterable in Excel
  • Driver Numbers: No longer have to be unique across your organization
  • Monthly Summary Timezone: Report ranges now follow your organization's timezone
  • Expired Report Links: An expired share link now says so, instead of looking like a broken one

Our public site was rebuilt from the ground up and is now pre-rendered, so it loads instantly.

Bulk Trip Tools & Entity Detail Pages

Add trips in bulk three new ways — CSV import, recurring schedules, and one-click duplication — and drill into any vehicle or driver's full history from a dedicated detail page.

Bulk Trip Import (CSV)

Import hundreds of trips at once from a spreadsheet instead of entering them one by one.

  • Smart Column Mapping: Upload any CSV — headers are auto-matched to the right fields, with an editable mapping step if anything needs correcting
  • Missing Vehicles & Drivers: Add any vehicle or driver your file references but Travada doesn't have yet, right inside the import flow
  • Live Progress & Full Error Report: Watch your import process in real time, then see exactly what was imported and why any rows were skipped

Recurring Trips

Set up a route once and Travada creates each trip for you on schedule — you just confirm.

  • One-Click Confirm: Confirm a generated trip as-is, or open it to adjust the day's actuals first
  • Pause & Resume: Resuming a paused series picks up from today — no flood of missed trips
  • Auto-Pause Protection: Three failed generations in a row auto-pauses the series and emails you so nothing breaks silently

Duplicate Trip

Running the same route again? Duplicate a trip in one click instead of retyping it.

  • Smart Resets: Date resets to today; one-off costs like detention and repairs reset to zero

Organization & Billing Settings

Organization Profile

A new Organization page in Settings lets you store and manage your company details in one place.

  • Company Name Auto-Sync: Your company name is pre-filled from your account on first load — no manual re-entry needed
  • Address & Contact Details: Store your street address, city, state, postcode, country, phone, and primary contact email
  • Localization Preferences: Set your preferred currency and timezone directly from your organization profile

Billing Settings

The Billing page is fully redesigned with a live view of your active plan and self-serve controls for invoice configuration.

  • Current Plan Card: See your active billing cycle (Monthly or Quarterly) and a pricing slider showing your vehicle count against your per-vehicle rate
  • Plan Change Flow: Switch billing cycles directly from the app — a pre-filled email is sent to our team and a confirmation goes to you via Resend
  • Billing Contacts: Set who receives invoices with To and CC email fields (comma-separated), and save your Tax/VAT number for invoices

Invoice History

Your complete invoice history is now accessible directly from the Billing page.

  • Invoice Table: View all past invoices with invoice number, service period, amount, and status
  • PDF Downloads: Download any invoice as a PDF directly from the table row — no need to request copies from support

Advanced Fleet Reports

Five new report types give fleet managers complete visibility into vehicle profitability, route performance, driver activity, fuel costs, and expense breakdowns — all shareable via link and downloadable as branded PDFs.

Vehicle P&L Report

Aggregate income and expenses per vehicle to see which registrations are profitable and which are not.

  • Per-Vehicle Net Profit: See total income, total expenses, and net profit for every vehicle in your fleet
  • Vehicle Metadata: Report is enriched with vehicle type and ownership information
  • Fleet KPI Summary: Top-level cards show total fleet income, expenses, and net profit at a glance

Route Profitability Report

Find your most and least profitable routes, ranked by net profit across the selected date range.

  • Per-Route Analysis: Groups trips by destination and calculates income, expenses, and net profit per route
  • Full Cost Breakdown: Includes fuel, clerk fees, mileage, parking, repair, and extra costs per route

Driver Activity Report

Track which drivers are most active and how much income each one is generating.

  • Per-Driver Summary: Trip count, total rate, total detention, and total income for each driver
  • Activity Date Range: Shows first and last trip dates per driver so you can spot inactive or high-frequency drivers

Fuel Cost Report

Analyze fuel spend and discount savings, grouped by vehicle or by destination.

  • Flexible Grouping: Choose to group fuel data by vehicle registration or destination at generation time
  • Discount Tracking: Shows total fuel spend, total discounts, and net fuel cost per group

Expense Category Report

Break down all operational spending by category to see where your money is actually going.

  • Category-Level Totals: Separate totals for Fuel, Parking, Clerk Fee, Mileage, Repair, and Extra costs
